Details about the ancestors you’d like me to trace
Information required for military ancestry research or the Living Tree Legacy (e.g., names for plaques)

I only use your details to:

Respond to your enquiry and provide free quotes
Carry out genealogy research and military service narratives
Deliver your completed family tree (digital or postal)
Manage your interest in the Living Tree Legacy (launching 2026)

Secure Storage: Digital records are kept in a private, password-protected environment.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request that I delete your information entirely. To do so, please email me — I will respond within 7 days.

6. Data Retention

I keep enquiry details for 12 months and completed research files for 24 months (in case you lose your copy and need a re-print). After this period, personal identifying data is securely deleted.
